The year I turned 36

Yep, one year older. One year closer to 40. I have more wrinkles and gray hairs and it's kind of weird to see age on myself. I'm really grateful for all I have been blessed with. A husband, three children, a good family, a home to live in, the list could go on and on. Here is a list of lessons I've learned, or ways that I have changed in the past year:

1. I don't care as much about what other people think about me. I can go into a store with no makeup, pajama bottoms on, and hair in a bun, and I honestly do not care what anyone is thinking or how they may be judging me. I am who I am (or maybe I have no respect, haha). Either way, I'm able to more myself, and more of who my Heavenly Father intended me to be.
2. I don't think I will ever be a daily exerciser, and that's okay. I enjoy walking, and one day I won't be afraid to ride a bike and hope to do this with my family. I do enjoy a fierce game of Just Dance, and I do enough exercise while  playing that game to last me a few months.
3. I'm really beginning to feel very much at peace with having three kids. Every once in a while I will get sad (I think I will always be a little bit), but for the most part I am content and joyed at the three I do have.
4. I really like decorating. Someday(when my kids are all in school) I will take interior design classes so I can teach others how to decorate their homes.
5. I got called to serve in the Young Women again at the end of last year. I always thought my heart would be in the YW, but I'm learning that it is also in Relief Society.
6. I'm beginning to be a collector and LOVE it. I don't just collect anything. Lately, it has been things from my childhood that bring about fond memories. There's nothing more enjoyable to me at this moment then to visit the D.I. or another second hand shop, or Etsy (an online vintage/antique/handmade store). Pretty sure this goes hand in hand with my up and coming decorating obsession.

That's all for now. Here are the pictures of lovely me. And case you are wondering(which you are probably not)... I have zero makeup, fluorescent cherry pajama bottoms on,  and sweet Ruby decided to stamp my cheeks with hearts, and put  heart necklaces around my neck. I really am so blessed.
