Jacob turned 3 on the 3rd and he's the 3rd child

Yes, my baby turned 3 and I only cried a little. It's always the night before my children's birthday that I have a quiet moment of reverence for the day they came to earth. And what it took to get each of them here. I'm really lucky to have three wonderfully awesome kids. Here's Jacob's list for the year:

JACOB SCOTT THACKERAY
1. Is without a doubt the cutest thing there ever was.
2. Is talking more and more and more every day.
3. Still does not have a well rounded diet but it's expanding little by little.
4. Is growing some darker hair than I thought he would. Looks like none of my kids will be true blondes.
5. Loves music and likes to sing. But he doesn't love it when I sing. Hmm.
6. He is observant and likes to point out things as we are driving in the car. "Look Mommy! The Moon! The Moon!"
7. Still loves all of his stuffed animal friends as you will see in the pictures below. And can't sleep unless he has all of them with him. And his blanket.
8. Still takes naps thank goodness!
9. Still wears diapers and is not interested in changing them in for the more mature option of "Mario Broth-ays underwear". Once he is potty trained, I will be done with diapers forev-ay!
10. Still lets out several, if not more, screams every day. Most of them are because he is having a disagreement with Benjamin. I love boys.
11. Finally, he LOVES LOVES LOVES to give kisses and hugs. This could very well be my most favoritest thing about him. What better present could a last child give to his mother than her favorite love language all day long.
