Savannah Lynn turned 8 this past May. To celebrate, we took her and 9 of her closest friends to the Lion House. It was perfect. They did the food, the games, the entertainment, and I got to sit back and enjoy the day. Soo nice. Savannah received her first set of scriptures from Grandma and Grandpa Van, a scripture bag from Papa Milt and Grandma Sandy, and a new pair of pink cowboy boots from us. We love you Savannah, Savannah!! You will ALWAYS be my favorite girl.
SAVANNAH'S LIST AT 8
*She has decided in the past few months that princesses are kinda "babyish" WHAT?!
*She is learning to take charge of her feelings and not allow them to take charge of her
*She still LOVES to snuggle at night. Or any other time really.
*She is definitely learning that she has opinions/feelings about things and not always accepting the answer "because Mom and Dad say so" (read, she can be a little sassy)
*She is still extremely active and LOVES to play with her friend Edi whenever she has a free moment
*Is starting to (along with her cousin Jane) hug each other when saying hello/good-bye
*Is becoming embarrassed when I ask about certain boys in the Ward/neighborhood
* FINALLY lost one of her top teeth. Whew, that was a long wait.
*Is, and will always be our Savannah Sunshine
