Instagram killed the Blogger Star

So there's this thing called Instagram. It's an online community where people go specifically to share pictures. It's different from Facebook in that instead of just posting "status updates" on what you are doing/thinking, you upload a picture, instantly, and let the picture speak for itself. Or you can attach "hash tags" to the picture describing the photo and your thoughts on it. It's a smaller community, and like this blog, I keep it private and only "follow" those I personally know. So, here's the deal. Ever since joining the Instagram community late this Summer, it's all I do as far as record keeping goes. I take pictures with my phone, click "share" and immediately, everyone who follows me knows what I'm doing. Unless of course you post old photos on "throwback Thursday" and then it's not so instant, but fun nonetheless. So....here are the majority of my Instagrams from the past few months (not in chronological order).
This is what Holly and I ate when we ventured out on a lunch date last week. There are ZERO veggies on it. And yes, that's a fried egg sitting proudly between the perfectly toasted bun and that bacon-y goodness.

The Wiggles still visit our home from time to time.
Pretty much sums up how I feel about Target. But you already knew that.

The delicious treats purchased from Trader Joes on our last trip to Cali. Ever had Cookie Butter? You need to.

The boys. They are turning into pretty good little sleepers.
Peaches. Millions of peaches. Well, not really but some of those peaches came from our very own peach tree thank you very much. We made lots of yummy things with them. (pictures below)
The face I can't get enough of.
Pizza Limone. Gosh, I love food.

The view from our deck. That table right there used to be forest green. Or was it hunter green? Either way, it was a  fixture on our deck in El Cajon, now repainted and resides in Kaysville UT.
My Fall door decoration. I'll swap those ribbons out come Christmas with something festive and red. Those pine cones also resided at 1375 Timberpond Drive. Now they will forever remind me of the house that I called home for 25 + years.

The circus as I liked to call us. All 18 + of us trying to navigate around the new City Creek Mall downtown Salt Lake City during Mindy's visit in September.
Sick, sleepy, boy. He NEVER sleeps during the day...unless he's sick.
Hot Cocoa. Tis the season! I love Fall/Winter.
Jacob's attempt at helping me unload the dishwasher.  "A" for effort!
Caramel apple cider. Another sign that Fall is here!
Oh Count Chocula, where have you been all my life?? My newest late night companion.
Graham cracker. Love him so much,
One of the peach creations. Peach salsa to be precise. Yummm.

Picky eater Jacob boy. Refusing french dip sandwiches in favor of colorful goldfish? He can't be my kid.

Millie likes People magazine too. DEFINITELY my kid.
Curly hair in California. Wish my whole head did that.
Family pic at the boy's baby blessing. We're so cute!!
Late night hand holding. A tradition since the beginning of time. I hope it never ends.

GOOOO UTES!!!!!!!!!!!!
No makeup picture for Burgandy. Also, it was 10:30 AM and I was still in bed. Bliss.
Red lips. That's all I got.
Friday night movie night. Jacob was obviously enjoying himself.
Thackeray boys on family picture day. A MAJOR event.
Thackeray girls on family picture day. Apparently I was the only one who was feeling sassy.
Jacob boy at the punkin patch.
A beautiful sight. Tom and Jeremy playing Just Dance 4 on the Wii.
Bangs.
Peach crumble. Warm fruit is not my favorite thing, but sometimes we gotta make sacrifices for the sake of others.
The boy's nursery. I love this quote.
Sisters, sisters.
Shamuuuuuuuuu!!!
Graham, gram.
Here we are together, in my bedroom, watching the Emmys. Naturally.
Me and Miles. Sweet, sweet, slumber.
Conference weekend. The older I get, the more I LOVE/NEED it.
Underoos. And I wondered why my mom wouldn't let me outside like this?
Me and Christopher. Circa 1979 ish.
Fall nails.
Love these kids of mine.
Feeding ducks.

Millie the nanny. She loves the babies.
Oh the big hair and bangs of it all!! Natalie, me, and Holly.
Me and Mom. Love this picture and all my chubby cheeked glory. Mom's a beauty too.
