It's funny what a little person will confess to with a little bit of silence to fill. Once again Savannah and I were cuddling in my bed this morning when she decided to confess a few things:
Savannah: "I love you, Mom and I won't do mean things anymore."
Me: "Like what?"
Savannah: "Like hit people, and stick my tongue out at them, and throw water on people." (all things she sat in time out for over the past couple of weeks)
Then a few minutes later while sitting on the toilet she yells from the bathroom,
"Lesterday (yesterday) someone said 'nanana boo boo' to Jane and Max."
"Who said it?"
"Maybe it was me or Benj but Benj didn't say it and I didn't say it either."
Conclusion: There's nothing like confessions that don't have to be coaxed out of a child. :)
