So, I really wanted to hold off feeding Benjamin solids until he turned 6 months (December 14th), but lately he has been experiencing some tummy issues that I hoped a little rice cereal might help with. Since we didn't take any pictures of Savannah's first rice cereal experience I thought we would catch Benjamin in the act. He actually did quite well. What a buddy.

Heidi, he is sooo cute! I can't believe he is already 6 months old! Time goes by soooo fast, doesn't it? Does it feel like it has been faster this time around? I felt that way with Avery. She will be one in 2 more months! Yikes!

What a cutie, Heidi! It's funny to me that this is his first rice cereal experience though! We started Jarom at about 1 month, and now he is already wanting to feed himself. This morning he had a pancake!
well i'm proud of you for being a 'by the book' kind of mom.....even if it WAS two weeks early:) you know me....crazy lady who has to do everything according to the AAP!!!
I love this step! Eliza wouldn't take food forever although I tried every day for several months. I'm glad he's doing well. Go to a movie and leave him home (or over to our place - seriously!)
