So after a whirlwhind tour of Newport Beach and Disneyland (I'll document our trip when I have a little more time), Savannah is extremely happy to be at home with her "Alex" and an assortment of her other "favorites". Five days without "shows" and other familarities proved to be challenging at times but we made it out alive!! All I have to say is thank goodness for home...and airplanes.

p.s. you know when you need to pop your ears on the plane? how does little Benjamin do that? Did he just sleep the whole time?

Your too funny Lisa. From what I Holly told me, Max did fine with the exception of a few melt downs. Jane was an absolute saint, but when isn't she?? Benjamin needed to be nursed as the plane was descending both times but other then that he slept, isn't he a buddy? It was good to see you by the way. We'll have to do it again when we aren't rushed.

Wow, you guys sure get in some fun travel! Glad you had a good time and made it back safely.
Wow! A trip to Disney Land. My kids don't even get to go to places like the local fair. I know, it seems cruel of us to have them miss out on the thrill of seeing a cow's behind up close or pet some stinky pig, but that's just the life they're destined to endure. Don't think I don't give them any thrills. I let them come to the automatic carwash with me. That's amazing! You, however, are clearly the world's greatest parents. You take your kids to really fun places. Shhhhh! Don't tell my kids.
Seriously, though, glad you made it home and one piece and that the flight wasn't too bad.
You got to fly? Isn't it so much better than driving with the littles? I can't wait to see all of the fun pix you took. Sure wish we could have come with you. Now, if you had gone to Disney WORLD we would have been there in a flash. (It's a little closer than going to the other side of the country, you know.) Mia has been wanting to go on a plane again ever since our last trip. Maybe next time we'll have to indulge...
Yep, after being in the car for an hour with Savannah, you would do ANYTHING to choose an alternate route. It was sooo nice, we got spoiled. We missed having you guys there too. Our next door neighbors are actually at Disney World right now and asked if we wanted to join them. Unfortunately, back to back trips to Disney theme parks isn't quite in our budget. :)
